Zosia Boutique Exchange Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date in order to be eligible for an exchange. Zosia Boutique does not handle return shipping expenses. All return shipping expenses are handled by the customer.
Please enclose a note in your package with your name, phone number, order number, and the item you wish to receive an exchange for. A tracking number for returned packages must be obtained by the customer in case a package is lost on its way back to Zosia Boutique. Failure to obtain a tracking number will result in an exchange not being able to be processed.
Zosia Boutique does not guarantee that the item you may want to receive as your exchange will be available once your package is returned to Zosia Boutique. Exchanges can only occur for inventory that is available at the time your package is received. Exchanges must occur immediately (1-3 days) after your package has arrived to Zosia Boutique. Customers receiving exchanges will receive an email from email@example.com to confirm their return has been received and that an exchange is available to occur within 3 days from the date of contact.
Zosia Boutique does not issue store credit for any returned items.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items with removed hygiene seals are not eligible for return.
